what if I previously married to this lady and we have divorce but a child together before she moved to the US and married a US citizen and they also divorced after years of divorce with the US citizen, me and her started talking again and fell in love again during my visit to the US and she got pregnant for me and I return to the US after 21 weeks of the pregnancy and marry her within 90 days of entry and intend to filled and adjustment of status after 90 days of entry those the 90 days rule affect me?

I assume this is only if the foreign national plans to stay in the US after the marriage. My husband was a foreign national, traveled on the visa waiver program to attend our wedding the states then left 2 weeks later. He applied and received a green card 4 years later after we lived in the UK together.
