My daughter is a flight attendant..and yes there smart and have degrees and go through training …if he gives them a problem before the flight even goes up,he can be a problem in the air…he gave her a problem before it took it off..their not showing that part…he already gave her a problem and was argumentative

What harm is there in a neck pillow that’s attached to the seat? I’m missing something. I don’t think he was yelling at anyone, he was upset. I have had some very rude airline attendants. Maybe we need to see the entire story.

He wasn’t yelling. He wanted his neck pillow. He was getting upset because if he didn’t get that flight he might lose his job. Alaska airlines used to be amazing. This is beyond control

The flight attendants don’t make the rules - they just have to enforce them. Don’t blame the flight attendants!! I know the rules can seem picky, but they are reasons behind them and they are for everyone’s safety!
