checked my tire pressure one morning and one of my drives was at 20psi. couldn't find what was wrong and called a tire guy out. a piece of rebar had gone into my tire was was just barely sticking out and looked like a rock in the treads

After you do your pre trip inspection for your shift any other inspections you do on that shift input it in your log as in route inspection and note any defects you find like that
