@cyndygatewood: I cried making this, y’all. At first I had help from doctors, medicine, specialists… for yearssss I begged for help. For a solution. And it helped. It helped one part of me, yes, but it didn’t fix what was really going on. I didn’t just need a quick fix to be healed from the inflammation, the hair loss, the heart condition, the sleep apnea, the prediabetes, the fatty liver disease, the obesity, and everything else that was literally ending me. I needed to face the pain I’d been carrying and the wounds I tried to outrun my entire life. Nothing really changed until THAT changed. Until I truly did the INNER work.
