My girlfriend brought brand new Goodyear tires and new TPMS valve stems to a local tire shop to have them mounted and balanced. The next day, I noticed they had damaged three wheels while looking them over, and one had extensive visible damage. It looks like they either ground down the area where the old wheel weights were or created a new spot for the new ones. When she went back, the owner only offered to cover the damage with a marker and refused to refund anything.
