You can’t complain about the length of CC then in the same breath talk about how much you enjoyed TOG or ACOTAR both of those series have books similar in length, maybe off by a few pages. Is it required? No. But if you want to get the full overarching plot that is slowly being developed then yes. It’s like quitting the MCU after watching all the Thor and Iron Man movies and saying “The Avengers is too much”

Same!! Ugh I’m so sick of people saying they don’t want to read them.. I’m like then don’t. Like no one is making you read them and SJM hasn’t said you HAVE to. But if you like her writing and you have time then you should read them if you want.. haha
