I served in the Irish Naval service I know a unworthy ship to sail in while I was in Vietnam I booked a 3 day cruise in Halong Bay when we arrived onto the so called cruise liner I had a quick look around and refused to sail on it as it was so old and so dangerous they refused to give my money back but we still departed the boat on the grounds it a time bom due to sink at any moment so sad they are allowed to use these dangerous boats
