I don’t like the taste of plain coffee, i’m curious what you mean by black coffee is a must?? I understand what you’re saying about the benefits of coffee, but you said to lose weight, etc. coffee is a must? What if you just don’t drink coffee at all? Is there another alternative in the morning to get a little caffeine boost?
