You lose so much muscle eating that way.That when you do eat you have no metabolism to burn fat anymore. Better off doing weights and some walking and allowing yourself to eat more. You will still lose weight and not be starving .But true most people starve a few days then binge a few days and it all evens out:

I ate 250kcals a week for 2 years in my 20s... half a can of chefboyardee, specifically to get the 15g of fat in one sitting needed to keep your gall bladder from shutting down. went from 165 to 105 mostly first year and lost next to nothing second.

I eat normal 1 day (around 2K calories) then fast the next. So it averages about 1K a day. I'm only doing this for 12 weeks then getting off it. It's for extreme quick weightloss then i have a maintenance plan already set to go once im off it.

I got very sick and ate between 200 and 800cals a day for about 3months. I lost 30kg over that 3 months, could barely keep conscious at times, was an emotional mess, my hair was falling out. It was not good times.

i ate 0-300 calories a day durnng the end of my ed. i was hospitalized after only a couple months of eating that much. i was unable to stand for more than 30 seconds and had to crawl to the bathroom and kitchen. u will die so quick doing that shit 😭 if ur functioning AT ALL, ur eating more than 300 calories

I just switched from keto to a calorie deficit (yes I know I lost on keto bc I was already in a deficit) but it’s much harder when I’m actually have to track it all and I actually have no idea what my deficit should be lol
