My daycare was so desperate for help they offered me double the pay🤣 no matter how much pain I’m in I show up for work because it’s worth it. I only have 4 kids in my class and I make enough but then again my son goes to the daycare as well so my paycheck goes to him and my bills😂😂🤣🤣

If it was the reverse, where the parents had to pay $13 dollars in admission, every week, and the employees got paid $500 every two weeks, maybe childcare wouldn’t have such a high turnover rate. And that’s just one of things I’ve noticed from my experience as a former Pre-K teacher.
