In Maryland USA they added a $160 surcharge per year on registration renewal since I don’t buy any gas and don’t contribute to the gas tax

In all fairness as well, the EV scene in China is WAY better in China than it is in the US. Our EVs are expensive and inferior in a lot of ways to gas cars, but that’s not the case in China
