This movie looks like it is learning from the mistakes of the first, so I could not care about the actress being bald. The character was never much to me, even in the games. And her character has changed a lot throughout a couple titles. So it doesn’t matter to me. 💀

Jade only wears the hood in mk11 and its only one of her outfits, her usual look its with her long hair or a ponytail, the bald look its something very different from how we have seen her in the games, thats why people dont like it

the trailer itself made it look like it's going to be ok,but with the scrawny kitana and bald jade and kinda old aussie johnny; I think I'll wait to watch instead of hitting the theater. it just seems a bit compromised.

i think the thing with tati keeping her hair short is that on CAS, they didnt know how to do her hair, so she always had to do it herself. so staying bald eliminates that. and it has been noticing by several black actress they are always have issues with people styling their hair for movies/tv

People complain about everything nobodys ever happy. I personally think this movie looks great. Kitana literally looks perfect. Jade yes she's bald but I'm thinking of it as an alternative skin in the game and other then that she looks fine. This movie is gonna be great people need to appreciate it

No, jade does not have a hood the majority time of the game. That’s bs. The gripe with jade being bald is entirely valid. Some hairstyles are too bold to be changed too/from. Like Jax shouldn’t have dreads.

always blame the casting directors, the writers or maybe the producers. not the actors, they don't have to care about the ips they work on. they care about their payment. if they do it's a plus but not required. don't go for the low hanging fruit. the Upper people want that.

So this is just my opinion I have a problem with the actress because she’s not that good. HAs nothing to do with her skin color, has nothing to do with her being bald . I just don’t think she’s that good.

Younger generation complains about everything. You have no idea how all these movies are a gift to us. We didnt have good live action movies like this in the 80s and 90s
