yes, it looks like bacterial leaf spot. You can try to save her but it might not work. I'd change soil, check for damaged roots, clean roots w hydrogen peroxide really good, use some probiotic ammendment and removal heavily damaged leaves. you should also clean her really good w copper fungicide everywhere, roots included. that's what I would do personally 🥰🥰🥰
