Your hospital room is your home when you are a patient. I don't think it's unreasonable to be upset because he is dealing with poor care over the past 24 or 48 hrs. Yes his anger is misplaced but the system in that hospital/ unit is broken. Unfortunately he will get ignored by 20 more nurses and staff and they will all expect him to smile. We all demand they call but then we don't show up and expect them to be happy.
