@rossella_rago: I’ve accepted that I’m never going to be a gym baddie 🤦🏻♀️ I really want to show up cute, but I end up looking like a Russian grandma from Brighton beach who just rolled out of bed 🤷🏻♀️ God bless the girls who can manage skincare, a lip stain and a matching set to go work out. But she is not me. Not even close. And it shouldn’t have to be! (Ok, I do put on spf before I walk out the door) Just a reminder that just because you don’t look like your favorite put together influencer when you work out, doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. Just a reminder that it’s not normal to be pristine and curated all day long. Just a reminder that real life and real people are messy sometimes 🙃 God bless the ladies at my gym who love me just the way I am in all my mismatched leopard print glory. For me, the gym is a safe space where I can let my hair down. Or keep it up in a messy, sweaty bun. 😘
