My ex left me alone in an emergency room, because I commented on the purple shoes the doctor was wearing. Mind you I commented to my husband not the doctor. He left and when I called to ask where he was, he said “B, don’t ever comment on another man” 😳 so glad I threw him out.

almost every other day I was literally texting my husband "are we good?" "are you mad at me?" "do you love me?" "is there someone else?". there was always something in his behavior that made me question everything.I had been through multiple infidelity,all types of abuse,everyday was eggshells just for me to tell him I couldn't live with 1-2 "good days". that the life we had wasn't normal.i left him after 12yrs,still trying to finalize the divorce after multiple love bombing attempts just for him to find a new supply and move her in 4 days after asking for marriage counseling to get his family back. he also lost his kids because of his addiction and abuse.

his reason was because I wore a bit too much make up or i had a low cut top on or because I spoke a bit too long to a friend or because I took longer in the bath than usual 🙄 so glad I walked when I did

A narcissist thrives on control, validation, and maintaining a superior image. When you ask "What did I do wrong?", you are inadvertently giving them: Opportunity to blame and reject - Give them supply and a chance to rewrite HISTORY… THE REWRITE HISTOEY IS THE MAIN AMO THEY WILL USE YO CONTINUE THE CYCLE OF BAD BEHAVIOR.

Not only that but , stop telling them anything at all that they can use & twist as the thing “you did or said wrong” tell them a story about your day or your past, anything. They will use it and make up their own story.
