I bought a box of collagen and didn’t notice the seal had been opened. I returned it and i guarantee you that box went back on the shelf!!!!

Yea honestly that type of stuff happens all the time, literally all the time from places like Amazon, Walmart, Target, even fancier places!! Things like this happen ALL the time its a pretty normal n regular occurrence, so they just refund your money or get you an exchange. 😅🤷🏼‍♀️I mean wat more r u lookn for em to do, I dono wat else ud want them to do except make the situation rite n sounds like they did jus that

If they don't check every purchase going out and every return coming in then this will continue happening. The customer lady service has seen this happen numerous times because some people are like this and they will scam anyway they can. This alsi causes costs to go up😏

write a letter to the corporate. The store manager won't care because you got your Refund and has the ok move along attitude.

The lack of apology gets me. The worker represents the store, and if you had a bad experience, she should apologize on the store's behalf. it's just a lack of customer service or care that is missing these days.
