Love love LOVE ♥️I have a question! When you have done all the healing that’s to be done (stay with me), when you genuinely feel like you can be critical of your thinking patterns and dissect them with no ego…where do you go from there? Because I know healing and self improvement never ends, and now I’m in an era where I’m pouring into myself instead of healing wounds, but I feel like I should be healing and continuing to grow and develop, but at the same time I’ve done so much and not sure what I need to work on. Does this make any sense? 😂😂😂 I genuinely don’t get triggered anymore but there’s no way it just ends 😂

So if I want popcorn flavoured ice cream and my shadow says NO...😡😡😡...you can't have it because you have already had 10 this week...I can change it and say okay il have one this week and 9 next week!!!....😜😂....On a serious note ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY explained...Super Awesome Post!!!...😊😊😊
