The anxiety I have about packing for all scenarios is insane!! Now that I have kids it’s worse cuz you gotta pack for all of their shit. God forbid for forgot the pouches that only Aldi has. And there is no Aldi insight 😂

Overpacking should just be called “packing”. It’s overpacking until everyone uses everything I have. And did I need those two extra pairs of leggings on a 2 night trip? Yes, yes I did. Did I bring an extra T-shirt because I spilled on mine in the car on the way there? Yes, yes I did, and I am glad I did. Did I bring too many socks, and not need them? Yes, but if I had needed them because the others got wet (camping) it sure would have been nice to have dry feet the whole weekend.

I am this way and I’m ok with it. And now my 22 year old son and my twin 18 year old girls are the same. We went on a 2 week vacation and had a washer and dryer everywhere we stayed. My son said I still packed 15 pairs of boxers, you just never know. My response was you are right son I have 20 pairs of underwear. Lmao

Tent camping 4 nights-bro in law makes fun of my list.He packs - NO pillow, blankets, or jackets (we all live in MN, went late Fall). ONE PAIR OF SOCKS 🤯. He never made fun again 👏

Yes yes & more yes. I overpacked to visit my sister for 1 DAY! Pack n play, soft play Matt,dome, a whole sleeve of diapers for both kids, EVERYTHING! I got judged but guess what! I used it all. 😂😂
