You’re so fair to BOTH sides & usually base your videos on facts, studies, research etc and then interject a small percentage of your opinions/feelings. I love your podcast… I wish I could hire you for advice on MY amazing bf of 17yrs being poached by a coworker when her husband worked there too. She used to tell me how beautiful I was etc. he denies affair even tho it was at minimum emotional affair, she poached a different married coworker there before him. My bf just don’t get it. We’re roommates ever since beginning of 2022 but he won’t move out MY place.. do you do 1 on 1 help? Or have guests on the pod to help them? Cuz I’m 49yrs old and volunteer 🙋🏽♀️lol my self worth is 100% and fk him, but I’d love to know how 20yrs of an amazing relationship & he changed overnight like i NEVER thought he’d do this! People who have affairs have been allowed for the cruelty to be accepted while the victims of it made to deal with it. People would be hush about their feelings about it but work more not to make them uncomfortable versus the victim of the affair being told to hush and be the better person. Well, better people don’t cheat on their spouse and break their marriage and homes. So the general public voiced it as a group how they have felt about people having affairs, the other woman, other man, all along. I hope the best to both their spouses and their kids who have had to endure their actions.

Harassment and stalking laws were modified to deal with use of social media to accomplish these means without physically harrassing ... public officials, actors, singers, writers, crimes ... are all fair game for social media ... in this situation, NONE of those conditions apply in this situation ... do read up on case law associated with these situations ... if another person reads what you write, then takes an action (doxing, threats, assault) you likely can be drawn into the matter. . . In states I have cases, the statues are 5 year felonies. . . I like your energy and work. we have chatted in the past. This advice is like the advice you provide ... simply advice.

I used to manage a large workforce of mostly younger people. On a couple rare occasions, I had an excited young lady spontaneously hug me (like during an award ceremony or promotion announcement). You just gotta turn to stone. Do NOT hug back. Disengage as quickly as possible. The only appropriate physical contact in the workplace is a handshake. And if you shake more than three times, you’re holding it, so LET GO!
