bp is the most balanced character in the game, he skill checks supports (the easiest and most impactfull role in the game) and hes generally on the harder end of difficutly of DPS characters in this game. half of the cast counters him but IF hes good enough to play into his counters he gets rewarded anyone saying hes too OP is bad at the game idc what you say

Bp is braindead people say he’s hard to play but honestly he’s lowkey easy I picked him up in celestial lobbies and still dominated. He’s just not fun to play against it’s not even fun to play him

I just think he should be treated like magik give him 2 spears two dashes and his kick, instead of resetting off of literally anything, Loki is just free resets, he can full follow Jeff now and he doesn’t have infinite swim, Luna and mantis only have 1 sleep or freeze, or 1 push from Sue and that’s if he’s dashing, he’s just to much, self inflicted dmg boost on taking damage most base health of the dive hero’s, most players don’t turn around or even your support doesn’t heal you, your only real option is self sustain

Bp is just very oppressive against uncoordinated teams and dps/ tank mains on support who dont know how to survive dive bc they rarely play it. Its mostly unfun to go against it bc no one likes to babysit their backline.

Bp has always been good. This is just a trend in rivals by now. People thought wolverine was bad in s0 and he got insane with no buffs. Hulk and Mag were also sleepers at first until their popularity went up. Essentially if you tell marvel rivals players that a hero is bad, they will go out of their way to play them and prove you wrong😂

notice how nothing changed about bp? no nerfs no buffs no nothing, they even buffed his counters, yet suddenly he went from D tier to S tier, it’s crazy how influencers have effect on everyone’s perspective, bp didn’t get better the players got better, bp is only good in the hands of very very very good players, your average bp can’t do anything and can easily be countered and negated by your less than average support player

The problem is that BP forces you to play differently, he forces supports to save their cooldowns and to play as they otherwise wouldn't normally, forces Thing who is god awful, and not only that but it forces him to play backline which is terrible if you are a solo tank but even if you are not, the second tank is now being horrifically stomped by everyone else if they try to hold space, BP gets value by just existing and nothing more, he doesn't need to be nerfed but is going to continue to be banned until he eventually is

Like over half the characters in the game have an ability if you hit him he will just fall over immediately. People just need to learn how to play the game.
