I don’t know if this video was in response to mines but people are tagging me so here’s my response and it can be pinned! First and foremost I was never disrespectful or rude to any employee at coldstone. I always said in the comments it wasn’t about the employees or the store which is why the location was never tagged or dropped. It was about me receiving something from a company that wasn’t advertised as pictured and missing ingredients that was listed. That video was a voiceover made from the comfort of my home. I was nothing but nice and respectful to those employees. She said she didn’t have anymore and I said okay thank you. The internet is entertainment boo 😬 y’all made up things that never happened and assumed I was cursing at the employees when it’s clearly a voice overrr. Thankkk yaaaaa 😬♥️
