I don't completely agree. I had lots of trauma as a child. Everything you have mentioned. I worked for several years with 2 different therapists who both said I was amazingly stable,confident, and self-aware. We worked on concious and subconscious emotions. I have forgiven and even helped my sick parents/family who hurt me as a child and we have and had a wonderful healthy relationship because I let go and forgave.I understood not only my truma but theirs too. unfortunately my auto immune disease never went away.

Never believe that the body attack itself due to my feelings are hurt! Our food has poisoned all of us even if you think it’s healthy because of pesticides. Drinking water. More auto immune diseases in the US than anywhere else in the world. Ask yourself why? Food
