Our beautiful Pookie is a reminder of just how needed and important a sterile, safe environment is to treat our Surin elephants. Because her owner is unable to travel the long distance, and stay 2 weeks, at the Elephant Hospital, he is doing what he can to treat Pookies foot wound.
