Homie, pro tip from a man who decided to get good at many cheesecakes. Use a water bath when baking, and let the cheesecake cool by just shutting off the oven and slightly opening the oven door. The steam will help keep it silky soft, and the gradual cooling will help keep the cheesecake from cracking. Also, when doing a swirl, do smaller drips, spread out, and swirl as little as possible. The swirling of a filling can overmix your batter. But those look damn tasty! 🤤
