@michellesays: My practical tips & behind the scenes of filming a brand deal. Taking you along with me sharing my typical process. Most of what I share on TikTok shop is organic - not sponsored. I know it’s tricky when you see eligible for commission but 90% of those videos are organic where I’ve purchased the product (or already have it!). I typically post 1-3 sponsored vids a week MAX (between 2 accounts). For those, I always make sure it’s a product I already use and talk about OR a product I’ve had time to use. If I accept a campaign for a brand new product, I make sure it’s from a reputable brand whose products I already use & I have time to test it out. I’ve been doing this for 2 years now, I’m still a baby in this world but I always found it so fascinating & want to share my process. I feel like we don’t always hear about this side of things from creators. Editing is still so time consuming because I post 4-8x a day just on TikTok across two accounts, not including other platforms & keeping up with emails, cross posting, etc. I LOVE making content. I LOVE sharing. I still wake up excited to record and share almost every single day. If I didn’t have those feelings, I would have quit long ago.
