I knew I was done after my son so I got my tubes removed the morning after I gave birth. So glad I did but I also was 100% sure I was done

Copper IUD! I also thought I had to get BC at my 6 week appointment so I chose that bc it was non hormonal so no side effects other than heavier periods but I always had longer ones so I didn’t know if it was that or just postpartum. It workeddd bc I took it out when we were ready & 1st month after I got pregnant again

birth control comes with side effects. Also, hormonal ones can decrease your milk supply 🙃 Learn to track your cycles.

Girl I have 1 more week till my 6 week appointment and I’m TERRIFIED of birth control😭 like so much side effects I can’t but I can’t have another I can’t handle that😭

Girl don’t be scared of birth control! If you use the pill, there’s so many different types the doctor can prescribe you for your needs. It helps regulate your period and cramps too! Also made my boobies bigger hehe

My husband and I are using condoms. My OB told me BC could mess with my milk supply so I said oh heck no, not taking the risk. Once I start weening baby off I’ll get an IUD or the patch. Trying to convince my husband to get a vasectomy though 😆😆

I got birth control 4 weeks after I gave birth , had no sex for two months technically and girl no signs of a baby 4 months almost 5 in🙂↕️🙂↕️I got the one on the arm it’s not bad I also haven’t gotten my period I just get light headaches tho

With no bc abstinence is the way not to get pregnant. I also chose no bc but my man makes sure there’s no slips or he can use a condom. We went 18 months all good and first try I got pregnant again 😂 don’t believe ANYONE who says you can’t get pregnant from bf that’s a FAT LIE!!

You don’t need BD just have the conversation with your man, do the Natural method follow your Ovulation. I’ve done it for 10 yrs I stop when I wanted a baby and got pregnant super fast.

I went 2 years tracking my period and using condoms!! And everything was good… and me and my bf got to comfortable THAT WE STARTED … doing the pull out method.. and we got prego…😃 SO USE PROTECTION!! And keep track of your cycle!!!!!
