The HBOT chamber you were in is called a soft chamber, it gives you the lightest dose that any chambers can give you, it’s actually really safe when monitored correctly, I’m a technician in a HBOT clinic with lots of different types of chambers and we have never had any issues. All the freak accidents are just that, freak accidents that can happen anywhere and to anyone, so please don’t worry about it. People have been getting HBOT treatments for over 50 years and the statistics of anything happening is extremely low. I’ve actually treated some patients for all kinds of infertility issues and we have seen amazing results, but just so you know, going for 1 session is not really doing much, the recommended treatment plan is 4-5 times a week for 40 to 60 treatments, the benefits of the oxygen last in your body for up to 72 hours so most clinics would recommend you don’t go more then 2 days without a treatment for the duration of the treatment your going for. Hope this helps to clarify a little.

The one I did was just like yours and I was allowed to have my iPhone. Depending on the type of chamber it will be different. The hospital ones are more extreme so you can’t. But they would tell ya that. I loved doing it ☺️
