It's not empathy- it's anxiety- empathy causes you to care for others- show compassion- help carry their burdens-what people call empathic is not empathy- it's someone feeling a lot for anxiety and fear or it's a narcissist who wants to feel special

My dad would tell me I was born with a over amount of empathy and that I would cry at a supermarket opening, but it wasn’t a put down to him. He was telling me that I was a sweet person just to be careful.
