@derrikadenise: Saw this Pickle Breadwich from @Shredhappens and I immediately knew I had to veganize it 🥪🌱 ✨ What I used: • @Daiya Foods Mexican blend vegan cheese • Sandwich-style pickle slices • @Plant Provisions deli slices (vegan, GF + soy free!) • Truffle mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, black olives 🧑🏾‍🍳 How I made it: •Pat pickle slices dry between paper towels. •On parchment, make 2 thin layers of vegan cheese. •Add 3 pickle slices in a row on each, season if you want, then top with more cheese. •Bake at 400°F for 18–20 mins until golden and crispy. Let cool, flip, and bake again for a few minutes — might just be necessary with vegan cheese 👀 •Let cool slightly again, then peel and build your sandwich!
