My sister got a corset a few years ago and doesn’t use it. Since I need back support too, I’m going to be trialing the corset for a combo of a little compression and core support

I did know about that abdominal compression I have a 35 lb weighted small weighted blanket and I wrap it or lay it on top of my torso like Fulton half it's really comfortable and then I sleep with my normal 45 pounds of blanket and it's actually a duvet stuff with a comforter and a s*** ton of flat sheets and a blanket
