@nutritionalsarah: Only two warnings with this recipe: make sure you use SUSHI rice (regular rice will be incredibly hard to shape a ball with - speaking from experience lol) and once they’re done cooking, you won’t be able to stop eating them 😍 credit to @recipesbyvictoria for this one!! You’ll Need: - salmon filets, chopped up - 1 cup cooked sushi rice - 1 tablespoon furikake - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs - 1 egg, beaten - 1/2 cup flour - 2 tbs soy sauce of coconut aminos You’ll Need To Do: - Chop the salmon fillets up - Add rice, furikake, soy sauce and salmon into a bowl. Mix together. - Add flour, panko, and egg into 3 containers. - Shape 1 tbsp of the salmon mixture into a ball with your hand then coat in the flour, egg wash and panko crumb. - Add to your air fryer rack or basket.
