I am living proof but let me explain. I just secured a role with a high stakes company with over $10Billion in net worth. It is a tech role and I trained for about 6 months formally to acquire this skill and worked on a couple of projects personally and studied to really talk that experience talk as if I have done this in real time because that is very very key also and I hope you pay attention to practicing to talk this experience talk. After studying and training I stacked about 6yrs of experience in my resume and the school we trained in will be ref as if I have worked there for those years since they also register as a consulting in this field and even have a website but in real time they don’t as they just trained people for about 6 months. To cut it short my friend who went to this same school under this basis landed a six figure role last year and I I just landed mine this July as I interviewed in June 11th but background check took about a month as the state did and the contracting company also did and even why I joined I had another bc done as I also finger print. I am working now 😅

As someone who worked as a manager and had people call to verify their employment WE were never allowed to go into detail about anyone who previously worked for us. We could only say if we would hire them back or not couldn't even give them a reason why they left the job or why they no longer worked there. So for ppl who are scared LEGALLY managers/ supervisors can't talk bad about you and can't give out alot of details about you.

This happened to me this week. My job titles are Human Resources jobs titles on resume (truth) but my job responsibilities was payroll. A recruiter reached out to me about a payroll job. The recruiter sent it to the hiring manager. Hiring manager said it’s too HR focused. Only read my job titles and not the responsibilities. Now I’m lying about my jobs titles. If I would have found you a year ago when I was laid off definitely would have did your career coaching sessions. Being unemployed and not looking for a job caused me to burn through my savings.

You can’t JUST put a job title on your resume. It needs a whole job description, dates, company name, etc. Not things you can really forge because if they check then the company will confirm whether you’ve ever worked for them or not and probably confirm what your job title was. I guess you can have a friend pretend to own a business and serve as the reference, although if they don’t actually have a business that will be easy to sniff out as well. But if you do have a friend that does have a business that would in theory need a senior program manager, then go for it. If they own a dog cart that’s not gonna work. Good luck out there

shud u show growth in 1 company? (promotions). if they want 6 years spm should u put u were a project manager for 2 years and then spm for 4 or should u put spm for 6?
