So how I explain it to people is stop the crash diet theory. People want to lose weight and say they are only going to eat salads etc. I tell people to do a gradual reduction or a wein. What i mean is your used to eating things like McDonald’s so start eating healthy but also start reducing your McDonald’s. Maybe a burger every 2 days and a smaller one. Instead of a quarter pounder do a regular cheeseburger. Then every 3 days then every 4 and in time you’ll find yourself craving less and losing more.

Real, even if you can only manage to be -100 calories a week youre still making some kind of progress in the long term. you dont need to be -1000 everyday, thats unsustainable
