PWI’s have the same issue as HBCU’s. My kids attends both. How do you know money disappeares. The assumption reminds me of getting followed around a store assuming you’re a thief just because your black.

My daughter is there now. It absolutely does come up every summer. They also play with their housing. It's terrible. They also add random fees to their bills. I wonder how many people catch it. We definitely did, and they acted like it was a mistake and took it off. Btw, now they blaming Trump having an issue with Kamala.

This all started with the W.E,B Dubois vs Marcus “self reliance “ Garvey. The talented tenth aka the Boule have hamstrung the progress of Black People for years while we cheered them on. We are too brilliant for this not be by design. Where is the love ❤️for those who are here to carry on when we are gone? We aren’t a poor people so why all this hardline against our offsprings? Its partially because they are underfunded to start with, especially the Public ones..Howard being private, that's a choice and those parents should be able to pay it if thats a choice they are making for their kids to go tbere....They dont HAVE to go there...

Do you have proof of financial mismanagement? I can speak as someone who worked in financial aid at an HBCU. Some of these students will show up with no financial plan and expect financial aid to make it work. The real question should be why are you enrolling at a school your family cannot afford. I’m talking kids who couldn’t come up with the $600 enrollment deposit but you are here looking for your dorm. No.
