Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Mix your cauliflower rice, cheddar, egg & seasonings. 3. Scoop on to a parchment lined baking sheet & shape into tots. 4. Using an electric mixer, combine all ingredients except the peanut butter & chocolate chips. 2. Fold in the chocolate chips and add to an 8x8 parchment lined brownie dish. 3. Glob your peanut butter on top and swirl it in. 4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a butter knife comes out clean. 5. Let cool completely before cutting & enjoy! Pro tip: grease your parchment paper before adding the brownie mix 👍

Air fry @ 400F for 8-12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Who else finds it pretty crazy that added sugar is in EVERYTHING?! 😳 Btw I have no problem with Sofia eating carbs.. Our plan is to simply keep healthy food in the house like meat, veggies, rice, fruit, etc.. But seeing so much added sugar in baby yogurt was INSANE to me! I’m 10x bigger than her so the amount of sugar her yogurt had is equivalent to me putting 60+ grams of sugar in my yogurt. WHY WOULD I EVER NEED TO DO THAT?!! 🤦♂️ The yogurt already has 3g of its own natural sugars PLUS fruit. But somehow they thought it was a good idea to TRIPLE it by adding 6g of cane sugar 🤯 Giving this to babies at a time when their taste buds ARE LITERALLY BEING SHAPED BY WHAT WE FEED THEM seems like a recipe for obesity 😢
