As an Egyptian who has tried all different types of African from the north Moroccan and my own Egyptian cuisine to the east Somalian, Ethiopian and Sudanese to the south South Africa AND the west Ghanaian and Nigerian…. NO FOOD is better than African!!

Let’s get this straight Jollof rice isn’t just Nigerian it’s West African royalty. Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Gambia… we all have our own Jollof recipes and pride. It’s not our fault y’all never tasted it blame your lack of passport, not the rice.

As a Liberian born American raised, Liberian Jollof literally looks exactly like jambalaya I will go as far as saying it’s the same only difference is the level of spice and give and take the amount of tomato paste that we use but incessantly it’s the same, also Liberia was also colonized by free slaves from America hope that helps
