The tiktok ads are beyond insane. With that said, I picked up a vibration plate because I had extra FSA funds last year and refused to abandon that money. I don’t buy into the weight/health claims so much BUT I will tell you the sensory affect is quite nice for anxiety or just general relax vibes. 🤷🏻♀️

The vibration plate has literally changed my life. Doing squats on them has helped me stabilize my joints. Singing on it helps me feel better when I’m angry.

The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. I finally gave in like two weeks ago, and I fear I love it. (I have poor circulation and hot weeks in Minnesota can be tough for me with no ac- it’s done wonders.)

lol, I get sucked in too!! But then I remember I have a trampoline and that does all the same things. It’s just some good heavy sensory input. I also just got a weighted vest for walks.
