what frustrates me is that she literally only asked for one year with no humanity but they couldn't let her be. when elena tired hers off they let her be until she started putting people in danger . she said she wouldn't do do anything to anyone if they left her but no and even after they tried something she didn't do anything drastic until stefan pushed her

This death hurt so much more than any other death imo because it’s a realistic death. Nothing could be done, not even vampire blood could help her. She had a fatal disease and the most realistic ending to her story. It gave such a different gut punch…
