Number 1 most countries nurses do the tests but not ALL!! Dosent mean a doctor can’t do one and two honestly this needed funny it was sexual or anything. You asked a random man out based on looks and he said no because he was dating someone. No one did wrong here as you didn’t brake any personal boundaries.
