I love how Gunn has a very dark sense of humor and just goes for it. But isn’t so blind to see that maybe it’s not the best choice for the film and pulls it. Even though he still loves it!

I think the scene could've worked just cut in half, like have Lex be concerned with the blood approaching his shoes and step back from it and get some henchman or Gurkos to push the body off the platform barely acknowledging the life that was taken. idk
