The old DCAU did a bang up job at adapting characters like batman and superman. Hell even green arrow later was great but then you got characters like GL, hawkgirl and Flash who all got the shit end of the stick. Like Wally has like no character development the whole show, I mean he is not even revealed to be Wally until the last arc of the OG show. and there is no reverse flash or zoom showing up at any point. John Stewart got shoehorned into cucking Hawkman in his own story. Like that is an insane way of adapting a story. Meanwhile superman and Batman got near perfect adaptations like for the man who has everything.
