create a dance studio if you don’t want want a competition team. take in a small amount of students and just teach them. then in the future you can hire extra teachers to teach them in styles maybe you don’t know or not that good at? you can have majorette, hip hop, jazz, ballet, lyrical training classes on different days of the week. and they can still do performances and stuff without competing if competing is not what you wanna do

Yes you should have a studio for dance performance training, technique training, conference calls for girls who want to go the route you did with your overall dance career. Pop ups/ clinics in your old stomping grounds to motivate the girls
