now you can go back and exchange it with a receipt if you bought it in the last 6 months as many times as you want but it’s not even worth it tbh 😭 i have soooo much kendra and im disappointed everytime idek why i keep buying it

They say not to get their jewelry wet, or used lotions or sunscreens with them on. They are only fashion jewelry. Which means the inside is just brass.

Try cleaning it with a sliver cleaner and if that dosent work I would def go back sometimes using a cleaner works on my Kendra Scott stuff!!

If you take back in the store they will replace it and give you a new one. I have done this with several necklaces I have gotten from there.

I work at Kendra Scott. Any of the jewelry pieces that are called “fashion” have a risk of tarnishing. The material is joy meant to be swam in or sweat in, etc.
