Greek inspired smash tacos !! 🍅🥒 recipe below!  INGREDIENTS:  *recipe yields 4 smash tacos  - 1 pound of ground beef  - 4 tortillas (I’m using @Siete Foods)  - 1 tsp ground cumin  - 1 tsp oregano  - 1/2 tsp sea salt  - 1/2 tsp black pepper  - High smoke point oil for the pan (I prefer avocado oil)  TOPPINGS:  *feel free to substitute with your own!  - 1/4 cucumber peeled and chopped  - Cherry tomatoes (halved) - Homemade dairy free tzatziki (full recipe posted on my page)  - Roughly chopped red onion  - Fresh dill  - Lemon wedges  INSTRUCTIONS:  - start by prepping your toppings. I halved my  cherry tomatoes, peeled and chopped my cucumber, roughly chopped some red onion and made my dairy free tzatziki (full recipe posted).  - Then in a large bowl, add your ground beef, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.  - Break your meat into 4 sections.  - I prefer using frozen tortillas for this but do what your heart desires! Add your tortilla to a plate, press your ball of meat into the tortilla and get it as thin as you can. Spread evenly to the shape of the tortilla. Repeat this step for the rest !  - Then heat up a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of high smoke point oil. Once the pan is hot, add your smash taco meat side down. Cook about 1-2 minutes. Then flip and cook on the tortilla side for about 30 seconds. Then remove from heat and set aside on a plate.  - Repeat this for the rest of the smash tacos. Add your toppings and serve !!!!!
