@crazykoreancooking: My little niece brought dalgona and wanted to compete with mom and dad just like in @Netflix Squid Game. Dalgona is actually a very nostalgic snack and game for us Koreans. 40 years ago in Korea I remember paying 100 WON to a street vendor and they would give you sugar in a metal ladle. You squat in front of a little fire and melt the sugar and add baking soda and mix like crazy. Then the vendor ajuhssi throws it on a board and flatten it and use a cookie cutter like metal to put a shape in it. If you cut the shape out with a needle without breaking it, you get a prize candy.
