@emmietanner25: We just had the girlies 4 month appointment (two weeks late because scheduling back to back apts can be tricky) BUT they have jumped up from the 3rd percentile to the 30th! Little girlies are thriving on 5oz feeds and pediatrician agrees that's a great place for them to be. They are keeping my laundry machine busy with the spit up but we're obviously keeping enough down to keep them growing and happy 🫶🏻 #twinmom #twins #twinmama #4monthsold #breastfeeding #breastfeedingjourney #pumpingmom #pumpingjourney #feedingtwins
Maybe paced bottle feeding would help with the spit up?

My twins had to sit still 10-15 mins after eating it was the only thing that helped with spit ups

Breastfed babies tend not to take more than 5oz, so I def wouldn’t be increasing more than that

Have you tried keeping them completely upright while feeding? My girl rarely spits up now as long as she’s sitting up completely straight

Changing the schedule is so smart. How’s that going? My 5 week adjusted boys are not happy spitters and bc they’re starting to stay awake after feeds, they’re spitting more. I have no idea how I’d flop their schedule though. They wake up starving

Hey girl, I'm expecting twins in December and have a toddler as well. Can you tell me both pillows you put them on- the double one and the round one? Also, is that an ottoman or did it come with your couch? Trying to figure out everything I'm going to need. 🥰

I have 3 month old twin baby girls and they seem very fussy and my MIL suggested they might need more in their feeds. I’m scared because they spit up soooo much as well and as a new mom all of that still scares me. Also you make tandem feeding look so easy!!! I love your videos thank you for sharing
