Pro tip for the oatmeal bath - put the oatmeal in some pantyhose and submerge your bath spout into the pantyhose. The water will run through the pantyhose and get oatmeal-y without leaving a bunch of oats in your tub or drain

I know it’s not ideal but as someone who spent weeks even months, trying to fix it myself, I would recommend going to your doctor that way you can get an idea of what is causing it and I plan to avoid it from happening again.

Try to put a long sleeve shirt in the freezer for awhile. Take it out once it’s nice and cold. I use it to help soothe hives
