I have something that mimicks POTS (confirmed to not actually be POTS though, I'm now getting tested for mitral valve prolapse) so I unfortunately know what that is like. I messed up ONE TIME on the temperature of my shower and despite having done everything else that keeps me stable I ended up having to sit on the floor for a good bit while my vision was destroyed, my head hurt, and it felt like I had just been put on the fastest spinning ride to ever exist. it's incredibly annoying and scary how a single mistake could mess up my body so badly
