What is the point of a deposit if they have to pay the total amount before they pick it up anyways? Like isn't it easier for them to pay in full?

Oh absolutely!!! When I used to do orders without deposits I had SOOOOOOO many cancelations! Probably more than 50% would cancel their orders

Unless they’re a long time trusted customer, always get a deposit, every time I think naw it will be fine, it isn’t. I get ghosted

need some advice I made a 2 layer cake with glaze and strawberrys between the layers I did add a layer of buttercream the outer well and glaze and strawberrys put the top cake on and frosted and decorated it put it in the fridge the next day it has a bulge around the whole cake where did I go wrong
